Do you believe change can be good? Please give an example when you embraced change, and it turned out to be good for you.
Have you ever lived in a place where you had no friends? How did you meet people and build community?
Are you a worrier? Do many of the things you worry about actually happen? How do you attempt to control your worrisome thoughts?
How successful are you at “being present” or “living in the moment?” What tips do you have for accomplishing this?
What’s something you did when you were younger that you loved to do? (Ice skate, ride horses, dance) Might you do this NOW?
Do you think it’s harder to make friends in your twenties, forties, fifties, or seventies?
What’s something you’ve often wished to try but fear or nervousness holds you back?
Was your mom a good role model for trying/doing new things? Did you have another mentor in your life who taught you to embrace change?
